- He started his career in a System Integrator company. His main responsibility was to set up and install wi-fi equipment, after a few years he got promoted and had a chance to lead a team and train them. He was also responsible for troubleshooting the technical issues, sometimes he needs to stay on the area or client to make sure the connection is stable.
- When he was in XXX he was the in-house technical support, he was responsible for supporting 500 users. He mainly supports thru phone, via remote desktop software, and even physical. They are using ServiceNow for the ticketing system to have a systematic way of supporting and resolving the end-users technical issue.
- He was also involved in technical inventory and procurement. He has done some projects for server rooms FM200 a fire prevention system and he works with the vendors for this. He was also supporting a computer facility including server room, desktop office, network, and wifi connection and most of the applications such as workday, O365, printers, and everything happen in the office he serves as Tier 1 support.
- He is so familiar with SQL express, he has a task in his current company that he needs to do the FortiGate analyzer to find out the security program he is good in SQL statements. He is also doing the monitoring of the traffic and trying to fix it is there something happening in the network.
