- He is currently working in XXX as VP. Group of IT. He is handling 3 IT staff local and 1 system administrator and the IT staff in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Taiwan are also reporting to him. He’s been in the garment industry for 15 years to oversee IT operations, most of the time he is in China to oversee manufacturing and factory’s IT operations and environment.
- He has experience handling the whole ERP system, from material to OMS system under ERP, MRP, etc. He was also involved in setting up their SLA based on the ITIL system. On his SSC experience, he handles 25 vendors for OEM/ODM business when he was the Head of Operation at Bowker Asia, and all these vendors are reporting to him.
- He was also handling 3-5 manufacturing and each of these has its own IT department. So, he needs to manage their IT infrastructure, operations, and all the IT-related matters and all the IT heads on those manufacturing are directly reporting to him.
- In XXX, he is also handling the warehouse inventory system. He also needs to manage and support their retail business, not just the factory and warehouse. When he was in Bowker Asia, he helps the company to build and set up IT services for their MNC clients.
