- He is currently working in XXX., as IT Project Manager, dealing with all IT project and delivers all desktop operating systems and applications. He is also engaged in implementing and monitoring network security and designing local area networks. He also helps the customer to decide and manage their whole IT Infrastructure.
- He has experience in support role for 9 years. He provides application support to all the users and after sales technical support for the customers, including retails stores, banks, educations. He was also involved in supporting Identity management solution called “Centrify”. They use salesforce CRM to manage and support IT Tickets.
- He does have experience in supporting Windows Linux and Mac Server. Doing configuration, basic scripting and command trouble shooting. In terms of networking support, he can do the basic troubleshooting.
- Before he became the IT Project Manage in XXX he was part of the IT Specialist team and been engaged in supporting 30+ users in APAC with Windows and Mac environment. He was involved in server Monitoring and maintenance (Windows 2012/2016) and Server backup and disaster recovery (Veeam Backup and Replication 9.5) .
