- Currently she is working as Implementation Analyst in a leading global fintech firm which is XXX, and her focus is to implement the platform to the client that manages employee share plans for some of the world's biggest companies. Most of her clients as private and listed company.
- She implements a trading platform in the back end. She analyses, all the imports data and audits reports, she provides training support to both clients and new joiners.
- Her main duty is like a project management, she needs to oversee the whole project, communicate with different departments. Must work with clients and internal department to meet the client’s requirement. To attract people to join the company she let them stay and help them to enroll their employees to their platform so that the employees of their clients can monitor their shares and stock option.
- She doesn’t have extensive experience when it comes to selling but she loves to communicate with people, and because of this she can build her network on her own. She can join and look for some conference and exhibition to share the knowledge to other people.
- Have a brief knowledge in KYC financial information for management people.
