He said that he has more than 8 years working experience as a full-stack developer and currently working at XXX Technologies for almost 2 years now. He said that most of his works are focusing on the front-end with the use of React and TypeScript. Currently, he is working in both the front and backend for a fintech start-up technologies and also got an opportunity to work on the bank and a fintech side. In his previous job, he said that he worked in a start-up company and worked there for a year. He also had an experience leading a team which is consist of 3 developers and worked with the React and Django frameworks. He also worked at XXX consulting in India for 3 years.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that as a Front-end developer, he is good when it comes to using the React as well as the TypeScript. He also said that he is good in Java Spring boot framework.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With 8 years development background and with solid experience in both react and typescript. He also has an experience handling a team of developers and with experience using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
