He works as a Vice President Manager. He quitted his job because of some issues. He was responsible for effective, efficient, and secure delivery of IT support services. He led an IT team in Asia-Pacific Region and a team in China, they also use a ticketing system to organize the issues that the system is facing. He was also the lead in application support in his previous job. He also worked as Helpdesk, IT Specialist/Senior IT Specialist and he handle requests from other IT Units within any defined SLAs.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has an email system administration experience. He also worked as IT administrator, in 3-4 years he had a chance to handle internal projects he also possesses a skill in Project Management and PMP and ITIL certified this year.
- He has experience in setting up service desk team and they are in China, and he is handling the team remotely. Most of the jobs they do is monitor the online ticketing system. In case the service desk team couldn’t answer the situation, they will pass the issue to the local team.
