Currently, he does some freelance work related to construction because his background is related to planning for a construction project and that is one of his main works for the last 20 years. He does business in relation to trading of construction materials and commodities related to coffee. As management, he does all the schedules for mega projects and others, he does monitor the progress daily and weekly. He also writes the weekly and monthly reports. In the beginning, he studied IT, how to fix computers, build websites, and knows a lot of programming languages. Before, he started using Dreamweaver but that’s the tool he used to build websites before. Knows how to use Adobe Photoshop, MS office, Construction software’s like AutoCAD and other related tools for construction.
What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
All the stuff related to construction, he is most interested on those but since he’s in Hong Kong and they need a lot of things to start in that field, he needs to find a job aside from that. He rates himself 5 out of 5 for construction planning. Contract department as 4 out of 5. Drafting 3 out of 5. IT knowledge, 3 out of 5 and lastly for sales and trading 3 out of 5. Before, he got a project and he do the drawing and the planning. He must list more than 10K or 5K, do sequence and load some resources to every activity in detailed.
