He has 1 IT officer in China, and 1he is also handling London, Singapore, and Thailand but all of these 3 countries are relying to the IT helpdesk from his team here in HK. -His daily task is to check the server room, he needs to take care of the server room, email system he also upgrade t to O365, they now have a Hybrid system. He is also responsible in firewall, internet connections and oversee office for SSL/VPN. What skill(s) & experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist so far? -He is strong in Vendor management and user support, in different user group, he is also a god communicator. Do you have Key Criteria (MDM) ? -He is using MDM for their apple devices users. He set up MDM solutions for apple devices, deployment installation and maintenance. Do you have Key Criteria (Leadership)? -He is good in manging a team his been doing this for 21 years and he handles IT support team.
