- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She had been working for Fintech for 4 years already. In her previous job in was mostly in digital lending, they focus on lending to B2B more like micro it is a digitalized system so it will be easier for them to access the system. Before her current job she was with XXXX a Fintech company that also uses SAP Platform, and she was in the trade-finance industry they were targeting in helping resolve all the cash flow issues and they are offering solutions to the clients the two companies she previously worked with was a start-up company the reason she entered the fintech world was because she was in the SAP industry for 10 years and she looking for something different.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She is very good in analysing different process and breaking it down and going on each one of them in detail to determine what was not going well and provide solution on how they can make it better. She has a great communication skill in talking to different departments. She is also a SAP Certified FICO and SD Consultant, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), studying PMP and CSM and has strong End to End System Implementation experience.
- She can demonstrate PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories in Jira, Scrum, and other Agile methodology. She is also certified Scrum Master, has a rich experience in using Agile being in the two fintech companies she has worked every single process that they worked on uses Agile and they are able to adapt with change.
- She has an experience in doing Web and Mobile SW and Application before and she can also identify and read code, she might not be able to write a code. She also has an experience focusing on requirement management/requirement analyses and cooperate closely with dev team.
