1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as a helpdesk engineer in a mobile gaming company from the US responsible for helpdesk task and infrastructure side. Prior to that he work in a law firm as an IT Support Engineer responsible for supporting entire office of 40 users in all IT related inquiries including equipment set-up, troubleshooting, maintenance and IT education.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specialized in OS Windows troubleshooting doing things procedurally and rates himself 4 out of 5. He has solid experience in Azure back up and AAD. He has been working on Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365.
He added he has no successful project however he has hands-on experience on cloud and on premise migration. He has experience in SCCM when he worked in the law firm. His Active Directory experience was completing an entire Active Directory cleaning that allowed the growth of the company’s needs to be aligned with our resources.
