He said that he is an engineer that likes to build things and his background is consist of designing and manufacturing orthopedic implants, robotics, and general product design etc. He said that as an engineer, he love to build things and wants to build things that will help other people’s lives. He worked as a Mechanical engineer in XXXand have worked to design and manufacture orthopedic implants and different tools for surgeons and also worked for different testing facilities. He also said that he has variety of experience in using different simulation software and testing as well. He also worked in a company and worked in a project that he was the lead engineer and worked with the CEO and CTO and he was incharge of the designing and the manufacturing of the first prototype. He also had worked as a freelance which s related to robotics, mechatronics, and product design.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He said that based on his experience, he would say that his strongest skills is CAD or the 3D modelling and designing things. In terms of his soft skills, he said that he is good in project management and good in planning the things ahead because when he was working in XXX, the important factor is that they providing simulation services to the large medical companies and if you’re dealing with the projects you need to make sure and figure out the beginning up to the end and keep communicating with the medical companies.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
With 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer and with experience in dealing with the sheet metal when they were working or designing the implants. With regards to the plastic, he said that they don’t really use the injection molding but he knows how to use it. With 5 years of experience in 3D CAD or the SolidWorks.
