1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently she is working a bank industry, the bank of XXX HK limited to be exact and mostly working on the admin role. She worked at World first for 4-5 years. In her first 3 years, she worked as a trainer and a QA as well. In her QA career, she mostly worked on the customer service level side because in her previous employer, they allowed the clients to do some FX exchange. Then they do have a lot of agents for call centers that’s why she became their trainer and decided to set-up a new team. She reconstructs all their training curriculum from scratch. Most of their clients is from the front-line team such as the CS team but she also covers the sales team as well to help worked with the vendors to design their sales pitch and deliver to the new joiner for the sales. She has a quite background in project management from course designing, contents, and do some post training such as evaluations as well. In her QA experience, she is more on the core monitoring prospect because she is not that good in coding. They do a monthly monitoring to check and make sure that they do not have any compliance bridge or hiccups on the service level standard or over promising to the clients.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She is currently a trainer for the employees who are onboarding and rates herself for his skills in handling people as 4 out of 5 especially when it comes to her communication skills. She also rates herself for his project management skills as 3.5 and for her skills when it comes to QA is 4.5, but if it in a more technical side such as they do coding and other related stuff, she will be rating herself for that as 1.
