For the last 13 years, he’s been working in the IT industry. In his latest job, his role is to help the users with the computer issues or like printing and account issues related to their Microsoft account etc. Also, they help in setting up some meetings or events and help in managing the networks and help in supporting that as well.

He said that for his strongest skill, he like to investigate the issues they encounter or happen and would like to go further investigation on how does it happen and the reasons behind it instead of just fixing it.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients requirements?
He has more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry which is mainly for IT support and with extensive knowledge in dealing with the Windows 10 and 11 operating systems. He is also familiar with MAC OS and have some video editing skills as well especially with the use of Adobe premier and Photoshop. With knowledge as well in MS Office & 365 applications and PC/Laptop hardware/peripherals.
