1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current/recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Currently working as an IT Support Analyst responsible for handling 1st and 2nd line inquiries and if he cannot resolve the issues, he creates a ticket and escalates to the 2nd per level support.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in Active Directory, and Exchange Servers 3 out of 5. His experience in AD was to create users and groups and assign access to the users, change passwords, and enable/disable the account. He has solid experience in Exchange servers with his previous company providing assistance for the migration and upgrades of the Exchange server. He provides daily support for the O365 however he doesn’t perform administration. He added he has no prior experience with Networks and Security.
