Previously worked as an IT Support Specialist providing level 1-2 support focusing on the end-user support and has supported 40 applications with his previous job and around 200 applications in his 15 years of experience as an IT Support. He also supports hardware and software-related issues.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in end-user support and rates himself 5 out of 5. He has experience in Microsoft products both end-user and back-end including Windows OS, Servers, Office 365, and Exchange servers. He provides daily backup and administration on the O365. He performed migration of the MS Exchange server to Office 365. He has hands-on experience with AD for account creation, enabling/disabling the account, and taking control of the policy.
