Currently working as a System Support Specialist responsible for the service support in the APAC region, act sometimes as PM and operation depending on the projects but most of his projects mainly involved application and system migrations.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in windows server support and rates himself 4 out of 5. He is responsible for the backup, monitoring, and maintenance of the servers. He is just an end-user and has a basic knowledge of O365. He is knowledgeable in Desktop, Network, and Security support. He provides system maintenance, and technical support to the end user and troubleshoots hardware and software-related issues. His experience in Networks was dealing with firewalls and basic knowledge of LAN/WAN. He added he is also familiar with email servers.
