- Currently he is working in a local garment manufacturer, XXX. He is responsible in designing and implementing IT infrastructure consists of server, storage, operating systems, Microsoft directory services, Microsoft Office 365 and other Cloud services to support provision and delivery of IS/IT applications and end user computing services to meet business user requirements through analyzing the operating and business requirements of these IS/IT services.
- Currently working quite individually in XXX, or with a team- previously leading max team of 11 people.
- He has almost 8 years of experience in managing different factories and offices, in other country he does the IT budgeting. He also handles Vendors in Japan, S.Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam and Philippines.
- He also provides technical advisory services and prepare technical specifications on IT infrastructure and end user computing technologies to support Enterprise Architecting, Information System development, software package selection, consultancy services and business development activities.
- He has experience using Oracle ERP, he used it for finance support (Front-end). He needs to do some support with the end-users and for back-end support he just need to do the usual thing which is regular database back-up.
- In XXX he was the Senior Manager in Data Center Operation. He was the team leader to activate backup IT systems in recovery drills. He manages data center Infrastructure: like Power, Cooling & Facilities Management. He needs to ensure that the operational KPIs, and metrics are being measured and attained and been coordinated with SOC and Systems admin teams for data centre management.
