Currently working as an Infrastructure Lead focuses on the data center infrastructure. He built servers for the data center migration project and worked with different vendors to oversee their work quality. Collaborates with the application team to know when to onboard the applications to the new servers in the new data centers. He has now switched his role from more backend server work to more frontline work dealing with workspace technology end-user computing Microsoft products including O365, MS Teams, MS Azure, Virtual Desktop, etc.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He specializes in Windows Servers, VMware, Horizon, and Azure platforms. He rates himself 5 out of 5 in Windows Server, 4 out of in Horizon, and 3 out of 5 in Azure Platform.
He has hands-on experience in Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware/Hyper-V, SAN storage, Veeam/Backup Exec, Cisco networking, and Palo Alto Network firewall, however, he has only exposure to managing the O365, Teams, SharePoint, and azure because, with his current company, there are different specialists dealing with it.
