During COVID because of the situation about 2 years ago she changed her career to an insurance industry. Now, she is working as an insurance agent. She has been quite free of the time where she can explore opportunities and try different industry. She worked as a trainer in a bank in 2009 and the work at that time she was in Sales and Marketing and enrolment.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She has a great project coordination skill and has worked with overseas people, and she must organize and communicate with people within the project and make promotion and coordinates with different the organization to ensure the success of the project and explore different opportunities to help gain more connections and network in the business world.
- She is working with communication with people and with corporate clients and working to introducing their bank and concept and explore to meet people and meet with HR and corporate people to help promote their bank.
4. She also does well in communication both internally and externally and she provides correct expectation and does correct positioning for the object and training, and she has a strong communication skill in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. |
