- He is currently working in XXX as International Project Support. He is responsible in implementing and integrating POS and ERP projects for retails.
- He has extensive experience when it comes to SQL. He has experience when their client has a missing transaction. What he did was to do the SQL command to check the log and check the missing transaction to know where’s the problem. He will free the SQL space and need to check the database lock, update the transaction table to resolve the problem and upload the sales to ERP manually and do the documentation.
- For XXX he does the ERP and POS environment implementing for staff and once the ERP was integrated and he will do reporting for ERP system application and does the POS hardware set up and conduct training for the users on how to set up the environment and teach them how to use it properly.
- His experience is more on user requirement and some user request and report the reference to the department such as in UK and Singapore. When he was in XXX he led a team of 6 service engineers for POS software/hardware support to the hotel & clubhouse, clients and managed the support hotline. He is also responsible for arranging engineers to provide hardware maintenance/repair services on the client site daily.
