He is currently working in XXXXX as IT Assistant Manager, he manages the end-user support, and he also ensures that baseline security is in place, system hardening, vulnerability scanning, and patch management are carried out periodically as required. He conducts periodic security compliance checks and reviews such as penetration test, firewall configuration review, user access review, etc.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
Has a strong automation skills and programming which is VBScript, Windows 2012/ Win7, AS400 (model: P720, Version: V7R1), AIX, Linux (SUSE & Red hat), AD, MS Exchange, Virtualization (VMWare). Has apple product and Linux product support experience. He is also ITIL Certified and has received his certification last 2014.
- Has Extensive experience in setting up and maintaining IT Service Delivery, including Service Desk, NOC, End User technology and support. But he has done a lot of End User and SOC Support. He also performed privilege account review (AD, Email, Life/Asia, VPN, Imaging system and Sun Accounting) system for two times of the year.
- He also worked as an Assistant Manager his main responsibility is to develop a company network backup/disaster recovery plan and monitor the network usage, quality, security, and equipment healthiness. In his previous job and even up to his current one he manages the IT systems which include server, network, IT security, applications, etc. He also manage the company networking equipment, configuration, and troubleshooting. Also, provide plans and solutions for network expansions and maintenance.
