Major Achievements:
1997-1998
1) Establish Wan link connection between China Factory and HK office using VSAT(Satellite). Enable online access of MIS (MRP II) system through the VSAT connection.
2) Build up telephone communication network using VSAT connection and enable internal PABX internal call. These dramatically reduce IDD communication costs.
3) Establish Email System using Lotus Notes.

1997-1998
1) Take full responsibility to maintain MIS system. Re-design procedures to make sure data and information input in MIS is accurate and updated.
2) Formally establishing China factory IT department consisting of IT technical support team and development team.
3) Appointed by Management for Changing MIS system to ERP system. Define overall enterprise information needs and documents functional operations for selecting appropriate ERP system. Evaluation of various MRP II system and ERP system including Symix, Oracle Manufacturing, Bann 4, OMS II, Bpics and SAP.

1999-2000
4) Project Manager of implementing SAP R/3 4.0B including Material Management (MM), Sales Distribution (SD) and Production Planning. Project starts from Dec, 1999 and finished in Aug, 2000 taking about 7 month to complete. Carried out BPR (Business Process Redesign) during the implementation to fits new operation in SAP and promotes operation efficiency and data accuracy.

5) Further establishing ERP department (SAP service support team) and Lotus Notes development department (Office Automation and SAP automation) after SAP successful implementation

6) Establishing Zero downtime 24 hours operations including well equipped standard server room and implementing IBM HA solutions on major SAP database servers.

2001-2002
7) Developing and Customizing Production Platform including Shop Floor control and Monthly and Weekly production Planning in SAP. It controls the overall acquisition and usage of materials by running customized MRP and production planning.
8) Developing SAP and Lotus Notes Automation system mainly to reduce human data input for error free input and promote operation efficiency.

2003-2004
1) Project Manager to implement SAP Quality Management (QM) Module. Starting from March, 2003 and completed July 2003 taking about 4 month to implement. Inspection lots with detailed specification requirements have to be tested during goods receive and fulfilled before entering our warehouse. Special testing requirements such as COLE and Artificial Sweat Test for high quality requirements models or customers.
2) Responsible for upgrade of SAP R/3 4.0B to current 4.6C.


2004-2006

1) Finished SAP CRM 4.0 PA training and certified as SAP CRM 4.0 consultant. Project Manager of implementing SAP CRM project for Local Sales and Distribution operations. Scheduled to finish in 20
2) Project Manager of integrating Product Design and Development using Lotus Notes and SAP which aim at increase product design efficiency, promote customer satisfactions, prevent quality problems in mass production. Scheduled to finish in Jan 2007.
