1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working in XXXX as a PHY Software Engineer where he is responsible for application development of small base station accelerator; he is focused here in DSP, MCU, and other software architecture chip. He also uses C and assembly languages in this job. Before this, he was a System Engineer for XXXX where he also handled NR LOW PHY architecture design, development, and maintenance. Prior to that, he was with XXXX as a PAEA where he spearheaded after-sales technical support for Intel flexran products. He was mostly a Physical Layer Software Engineer and Radio Function System Engineer for several companies during the early years of his career.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be logic analyzation and his great programming skills; especially with C language, assembly language, and Shell scripting. He is also good with finding complex problems and solutions to it as well. He would rate himself a 4 out of 5 in terms of software engineering in general.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has 10+ years of experience but he’s more on the software engineering side of things. He is keen in working with C and assembly language, and is also open for Embedded Software Engineering roles since this is what most of his previous works were like.
