1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been in the IT Industry for about 20+ years now and has been working mainly as a Developer/Software Engineer. He started off his career as a Programmer for two different companies and also was an Analyst Programmer for several more companies. He has experience as an Assistant Product Manager as well during his time with XXXX. After that, he joined XXXX as an Analyst Programmer and XXXX as a Senior Application Engineer. Recently, he was with XXXX again, this time as a Senior Software Engineer, where he was involved in delivering consultancy and advisory for current products.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and SQL Server. He is also good with Python and has been doing this for several years. In terms of frontend, he is good with Angular and JavaScript. For his soft skills, he believes he has great years of experience already that he can share to his colleagues, good with project management skills as well.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has over 5 years of working experience in Python 3.9. He is also good in working with JSON and SQL language as well. He is keen to learn more about Linux and Mainframe COBOL as well. Great with new products or applications conceptualization and implementation since he has been in the industry for a long time now.
