1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently a student at XXXX with Bachelor of Engineering in Information Engineering where he has been deeply rooted within finance, computer science, programming, and machine learning. During his last internship with XXXX as an Algorithmic Trading Developer Intern, he gained lots of hands on experience in algorithm trading development and was involved in beta testing strategies, crunching data, and developing the pipeline framework. That internship really honed his Python skills as well as his understanding of financial market and trading dynamics. He is also a freelance web developer where he also negotiates with his customers/clients and helped him enhance his communication skills.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Python because during his academic years, he have different courses using Python and also had lots of works using Python during his last internship. Has been studying and using this for about 4 years. Rates himself a 4-5/5 in Python since he believes there’s always something to improve and to learn.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   He is currently taking up Information Engineering and will graduate May of 2024. Also strong with basic statistics and mathematics. Greatly experienced with Python and Panda, and also has experience with Linux-scripting using Shell since they did a lot of course work wherein he had to code in Linux, typing commands in the prompt. He has some experience with operating different Linux system such as Red Hat, Debian, and Ubuntu; but not much of managing these systems. He is also very passionate in working for the financial industry.
