Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He was an Operations Intern for XXXX before where he handled reconciliation and trade matching and some script writing mainly in Python and VBA. He is currently an intern/part-time Analyst with XXXX where he is responsible for creating several trade matching and position reconciliation script for them using a manually positioned matching Excel. He is the one to write the scripts for them to automate the whole project. There’s another project that he did for the company where he composed a back test environment for them.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his knowledge and understanding of the financial markets combined with the usage of Python since he likes scripting and learned it himself so he can use it to automate his works and projects. Thinks he’s also good with problem-solving since he can come up with some process or methods to solve the problem easier and more efficiently.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
Strong with statistics and mathematics. Strongest with Python and Panda, also have used some Linux-scripting for his side projects and learned it through online resources along with Linux system administration. He is very good with problem solving and familiar with financial markets since his internships are all related as well as his degree.
