He is currently the Application Lead for XXXX where he is incharge of the whole bank payment related system and also does technical solution design and solution architecture. Before this, he was with XXXX and XXXX as both Technical Lead while also doing some project management on both roles. He started off as an Analyst Programmer for different companies such as XXXX, XXXX, and Programmer/Developer for XXXX and XXXX.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his Java SpringBoot since he has been using these technologies for about 6-7 years now. Rates himself a 9/10 when it comes to working on it, including his knowledge, skills, and experiences as well.

Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
Quite hands on with project management as well during his time as Application Lead/Technical Lead for his past three roles with different banks. He is also mostly exposed to AWS cloud and has been involved in SaaS solutions as well.
