1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently an AVP Quantitative Researcher and Portfolio Analyst at XXXX where he kind of manages the global market and do both passive/active investing. For the passive investing side, he is managing 10 portfolios and on the active side, they use machine learning type of models to do active launch and updates. He also was a Financial Engineer at XXXX where he did fixed income modelling in structure credit space, especially in the US market. Before this, he was also a Big Data Engineer for XXXX where it was more of a Power BI role creating data pipelines/dashboards for healthcare companies and insurance claims for them.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Python and he has been using this for about 5 years. Have used this for all of his previous roles as well as the current one. Rates himself a 4/5 in using Python including his knowledge, skills, and experiences.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has Master’s in both Finance and Data Science. Also good with statistics and mathematics; can rate himself a 4 out of 5 in terms of that area. Strong with Python and has used Panda as well since it’s a part of Python. Not much familiar with Linux but would be keen to learn it. Also familiar with the financial markets especially in Hong Kong.
