1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His previous role was a Senior Blockchain Developer with XXXX in Hong Kong, he was mostly responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge blockchain technologies within the H&H platform; along with using web3 technologies, and frameworks including React and Node. He previously handled a team of 2-3 developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align blockchain initiatives with business objectives, and oversee the deliverables as well. Since the start of his career, he has been in this industry so he's knowledgeable of blockchain frameworks, cryptographic principles, and smart contract development. Before this, he was working with XXXX as a Blockchain/Full Stack Developer where he acquired his great skills in Solidity and had experienced using different platforms, especially Ethereum. He started off as a Smart Contract Software Developer for XXXX and joined them right after graduating. 
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be web3 space specifically blockchain development since he has been in this industry for more than 8+ years now; he also continuously learn and studies the technology since it is also evolving rapidly. In terms of languages, he's well versed with Solidity, Java, frameworks such as React, and Node, and also Python. He's very familiar with Ethereum and other blockchain platforms.
