1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He’s a computer science graduate and has been learning both frontend and backend development. He has developed some personal projects and took some tutorial classes as well. His job experience has been revolving around teaching with programming-based basics to kids aged 6-11 years old. They are using scratch junior, Python, and game development in Roblox or Minecraft. In terms of high-level programming, he has taught Python, Flask, and also teaches full stack development. He also teach HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. He has done more frontend development work and made some projects using mostly React and MaterialUI.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be HTML, CSS, and React; has been doing these most recently for his personal projects and teaching it in his part-time job. Rates himself a 3 out of 5 since he still has more to learn. Good with NoSQL as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the clients' requirements?
   Has more experience in web development and has taught application development as well for his part-time job. Has knowledge when it comes to Java especially in Spring Boot and Spark. Familiar with HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, and knowledgeable with Ajax, Rest, Restful APIs, and considers HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as few of his strongest points. Familiar with code design patterns such as OOD and MVC models.
