1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is originally from China and has been living in Hong Kong for a while so he’s a PR already. He first started his career with XXXX where he worked as a Computer Vision Engineer and mainly focused on configurations and NLP. He also worked on image processing algorithms and OCR projects here. After that, he joined XXXX as a Consultant where he worked on technology-related consultancy projects and was responsible for AI image processing detection and was involved in lots of government funding projects. He is now with XXXX as a Digital Solutions Lead where he is responsible for Smart Site Safety System solution and was focused on their quality surveillance stuff.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be project management and he has a great mind set in terms of government funding applications/projects. He is also good with some programming job since that’s what he mostly did in his first job and was mainly focused on project management as well so he’s exposed to that.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has around 2-3 years of experience in electronics engineering industry during his first and second job in Hong Kong. Knowledgeable with FPGAs and PCBAs, knows the basics of it and has worked on defect detection of these components. Good with test equipment and technical data analysis. Knows how to use AI and Python/SQL to solve data science related questions. Has worked with an R&D before with XXXX in Hong Kong.
