1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Started his education with Parallel Computing Systems in UK. After that, started his career in London as a Software Engineer where he worked in both mid-office and back-office. After that, spent several years in the US as an Architect/Sr. Architect where he worked on enterprise integrations for several messaging architecture for big clients such as XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. Has been a Team Lead for a multi-million project as well during his time with XXXX. Went back to Asia and worked as a Sr. EAI Architect in XXXX, Consultant for XXXX, and Sr. Principal Architect for XXXX as well. Recently, he has worked for several months with XXXX as a Solution Architect and currently working as a Contractual Enterprise Architect for XXXX where he designs integration framework and patterns for various integration scenarios.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great skills as a middleware specialist and concurrent processing. He has been coming into the scenarios with various performance-related issues so he’s exposed to doing concurrent processing.   

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 20+ years of experience with the IT industry. He has been working with Oracle for over a year on various scenarios such as banking and ecommerce sectors. Has briefly worked with Redis as well which he believes is similar to MongoDB. He also has experience doing POC in CouchBase which has similarities with using MongoDB. Also thinks that MongoDB is very easy to use and can handle working with it if ever; along with hands-on programming.
