1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has 3.5 years of full time blockchain experience, with a total of 4 years including part-time work. He holds a master's degree in software engineering and has worked full-time at three companies. He began as a blockchain engineer at an Indian startup, developing NFT marketplaces and a checking application. At XXXX in Southeast Asia, he worked on smart contracts, security auditing, a staking application, and the Function X blockchain creation platform. Most recently, at Igloo, he developed a blockchain-based parametric insurance solution on the Polygon network and a margin protection insurance product on the Ethereum mainnet.
    

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in

His strongest skills include smart contract development. He has worked with several companies exploring this area, particularly with Cosmos-based blockchains. He has spent significant time working with validators and core protocol development, including setting up nodes and understanding PoS mechanisms. His experience also extends to protocol aspects and smart contracts.

He has 4 years of experience and knowledge in blockchain technology, specializing in Solidity and JavaScript for backend development and using cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and AliCloud.
