1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been doing freelance software engineering for the past two years, mostly focusing on integrating machine learning into TypeScript applications; it includes integrating Open APIs for LinkedIn profiles and a third party solution as well. Before this, he was a Front End Engineer at XXXX where they deliver a product feature and sign documents; he is also involved in troubleshooting and debugging applications, attend meetings every morning, and did code reviews. He also was with XXXX as a Web Developer where they worked on SaaS solutions, this is where he got his first commercial experience in delivering apps. Before this, he was mostly a Web Developer for several different companies such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great experience and knowledge in the IT industry even though he didn’t attended college; he is a self-taught developer and can consider successful on it. In terms of the technical side, he is proficient with TypeScript, NodeJS, some Ruby on Rails, a bit of Python, React, Laravel, PHP, and some MongoDB as well.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 5+ years of experience in software development, dominant with frontend but he definitely have backend development experience as well; especially he has touched MVC structure models and such. He is also good with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript, good with Python, and also have experience with Go. Proficient with React, has experience with some SPA frameworks as well. Has some experience with cloud technologies and has used SolidWorks during his school for 3D model rendering.
