1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has more than 10 years of experience in development including mobile, web application, and frontend/backend development. In his last role with XXXX as a Full Stack Developer, he developed a training platform and also handled the whole system for their clients. Before this, he was a Senior Developer for XXXX where they developed an Android app fro NGO workers to use for children’s records. He was also a Senior Web Developer for XXXX where he developed an ads manager system where they used mainly PHP for main platform and also used Python for that. Few years back, he was with XXXX as well as a Senior Software Engineer where they developed energy measuring systems using Python, AngularJS, PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Also was a System Analyst for XXXX where they enhanced online ticket selling system using Python and MySQL. Prior to that, he was mostly an Analyst Programmer and Web/Game Developer.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great problem-solving skills; he can improve the performance of any system that he’s working on and solve any issues efficiently. For the technical side and programming language, he’s most proficient with Python since he has been using this for lots of years now, have done projects with Python in his online course as well. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in it. He is also good with both JavaScript and TypeScript.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 10+ years of experience in software development. Strong with Python 3.9 and has used 3.11 as his latest version. Also have used Linux scripting for deploying of configuration of some servers, knowledgeable with JSON, PostgreSQL; has used this during his time in last role, and have some knowledge about Mainframe COBOL during his studies.
