Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has been a full stack developer for 8-9 years now and has been focused on frontend using React and backend using NodeJS and Java. He is currently working with XXXX as a Full Stack Developer where he is doing 80% development and the 20% on code reviewing. He started mostly as a frontend developer and since last year he has been working on the backend. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Senior Fullstack Developer where he helped build the development team for the team. Started off with XXXX as an RPA & Full Stack Web Developer.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be mostly on the frontend since he has been working on it constantly for the past 8 years. He is proficient with React, TypeScript, and also have worked on Angular. For the backend, he’s mostly using NodeJS and Java. Rates himself a 4.5 out of 5 in frontend and 4 out of 5 in backend depending on the programming language.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has 8+ years of experience in the software development industry. Good with Java and has used C# as well for several months way back his time with XXXX. Proficient with backend development and design since he has been doing this recently. He has experience with working on banks and brokers but not a real-time thing.
