1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has great passion with video games and what she likes about is its storytelling aspect. Because of that, she was inspired to study design and computer science in HKU; her interest ranges from art to branding and marketing, and coding, making software as well. She is currently with XXXX as a Junior Digital Game Developer where she is involved with several projects currently; she usually attend meetings, brainstorm, and ideate some of their projects and games. They are currently doing a history game where it focuses on complementing the IB correct claim to engaging student learning. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Gameplay Programmer for her summer internship where she was involved with development and some kind of project management as well. They usually use Agile and Scrum for this job, she also worked on C# and Unity for both roles.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her great communication skills and believe it’s a very important skill to have in game development. She is talking with many departments in this kind of job and also focuses on delivering optimized code and at the same time, communicating which features are needed. She also has great experience with UI since she found it as an issue with her previous role, so she tried solutions which was actual alignment with UI and programmers, the game looked better after that.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has over a year of experience in hands on game development, and has been involved already with full game development cycle from concept, design, development, and publishing; she also developed games solo so she’s well versed with the whole cycle already from creation to publishing. She is also working mostly on strategy games and has experience with the China/Hong Kong market already.
