1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is a Financial Technology graduate from XXXX where he mostly learned JavaScript and Python. After graduation, he worked as a Software Web Developer for XXXX where he maintains their code using Java and maintain their mobile apps. After that, joined XXXX as a Software Engineer where his job is to help the customers based on their requirements using .Net MVC and C#. Only lasted for several months in both these job because on the first company, the support he’s getting is not enough because of the scale of the company, and for the last company is because they want to get Mainland developers and have laid off the whole HK team.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be ReactJS and similar libraries to it since this is what he has been using and working on for the past few years and roles of him. He is also good with Material UI and other external libraries. He can rate himself a 4 out of 5 when it comes to ReactJS in general.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has almost a year of accumulated experience in web development and proficient with all HTML, CSS5, JavaScript/TypeScrpt, and also Python. Considers ReactJS as his strongest and can work with it confidently. Would love to learn more about Vue.js, AWS, IoT solutions, and also interested in 3D model rendering if given the chance.
