1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently working at XXXX as a Lead Development Specialist in the Azure platform, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and also GCP. He is responsible in leading and helping the project team how to implement their Azure cloud for the bank. Before this, he was with XXXX where he helped implement Dynamics 365 and handled several projects here as well. He also worked for XXXX before as an Assistant Manager and a Senior Business Analyst. Also, was a Project Manager of Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM Team for XXXX where he lead the projects planning, development, and managing project schedules to ensure projects on time delivery.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. He has been using these technologies for about 10+ years now and in different companies, mostly leading the teams using these tools.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria according to the client's requirements?
   Has roughly 7-8 years of experience as a project manager and has strong experience with cloud services/platforms especially Microsoft Azure. He also has lots of experience in SaaS solutions and the latest ones he did was Dynamics 365, CRM, and also Business Central.
