Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has about 4+ years of experience in software development mainly in Python and Java backend, mostly on data engineering and data analysis stuff. His last role was a Programmer for XXXX where they are mostly working on contract projects in government; he has worked for the Transport Department for optimizing data extraction and forecasting, basic data modelling as well. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Programmer as well where he has dealt with importing legacy systems and was also a Data Analyst for XXXX where he where he dealt with data science related frameworks. He started off his career with XXXX as a Programmer where he is also doing Java backend development.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be more on backend development in terms of data such as basic ETL stuff. He also mostly work on retrieving data as efficient or as fast as possible. He is most proficient with Python and also good with data-oriented frameworks such as Pandas, Seaborn, and Numpy. He is also good with SQL since he is using this for ETL.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has about 4+ years of overall experience in software development. Strong with Python and also familiar with Linux scripting since they are mostly using Mac and Bash to write scripts. He has used Python 3.5 before in his previous jobs since he believes it’s more stable but can definitely use Python 3.9 as well. Knowledgeable with JSON, mostly uses Microsoft SQL but good with PostgreSQL as well and can also learn Cobol quickly on the job.
