1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working for XXXX as a Quantitative Developer where he is responsible for developing and maintaining the existing infrastructure for training services. He is also involved in the entire dependencies training strategies from ideation research, coding with optimization and validation, stress test, and final deployment. Additionally, he has worked with traders to help them do some proof of concept projects and data analysis such as PML and different kinds of performance reports.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be Python since he has been using this since the start of his career. He is using this for data analysis and strategy developing. He is also good with C# and is using it training infrastructure development. Rates himself a 4 out of 5 in Python and 3 out of 5 in C#.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has about 4+ years of experience in quant development. He is strong with Python and Panda, also good with Linux scripting using Shell. Good with basic statistics and mathematics. Also has great familiarity with the financial market.
