1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started off as a Securities Trader specifically for government bonds way back in Nigeria. After that, went to Hong Kong to take his Master’s Degree in Financial Technology. He then did some cryptocurrency trading, developing algorithm trading systems for XXXX and did some financial data research on how they can optimize their training strategies. After that, joined XXXX as a Quantitative Risk Analyst where he basically covered the sports features markets and advised management on certain risk metrics and define some limits and thresholds for their accounts. He is currently working with Natixis as a Quantitative Developer/Assistant Vice President where he basically work with traders/financial engineers and quantitative researchers to implement models that have been developed and was able to implement most of their models/algorithms into proper systems and help them leverage their IT systems and improve their workflows using Python.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more focused on financial trading and research. He has a strong understanding of fixed income products such as hedge funds, insurance firms, and across different markets of international clients. When he did his Master’s in Hong Kong, he began to have a stronger blend in the financial side and was able to learn several programming languages to go with it and produce solutions for end-users. Rates himself a 3 out of 5 in financial trading in general. For his tech stack, he has worked for several databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL. He is also good with MongoDB, MySQL, Oracle, and has worked with Python for machine learning and analysis of financial data sets and pipelines. Also extensively knowledgeable with cloud services such as AWS.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has very strong fundamentals in statistics and mathematics. Strong with coding in Python, Panda, Linux-scripting and Bash. He also have experiences in system administration and has used Linux system a lot for his previous roles especially in Poloniex. Also very familiar already with the financial market in Hong Kong and even have some certifications.
