1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Has been in the software development industry for about 19 years now and is mostly involved in projects such as finance, telecom, and others. He is also experienced in both in-house and vendor service provider. He is mostly on the technical side in charge of using Springboard, relational DBs like Oracle, an also lots of cloud administration. He is currently with XXXX, working with a client called XXXX, and he is working there as a Senior FinTech Engineer. His last role with XXXX as a Senior Development Engineer, he is involved with lots of cryptocurrency trading investment

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be on the backend side of development, specifically in Java. He is good with integrating Java with other components such as DBs. Recently, he is also exploring JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React JS. Can rate himself a perfect score of 5 in using Java.  

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has done lots of statistics and mathematics during his time with XXXX. Has used Python mostly on building some CLI tools and some automation, also did Panda libraries for statistical purposes, and is familiar with the Linux environment and quite experienced in it. Good with problem-solving and is currently involved in the financial market since he’s working on finance sector.
