1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   After graduation at XXXX last 2020, he joined XXXX which was a startup. He started off as a 2^nd engineer where they started building the platform or marketplace for their company. They also managed their brand portal and admin tools; and they are currently fully operating already. Since they are part of the pioneering or founding team, they also were responsible for mentoring juniors since he is already a Senior Full Stack Engineer there now, leading a team of 5 engineers.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his interest in starting something new and mentions he is also a quick learner. He is quite knowledgeable with system architecture as well. For programming languages, he is proficient with React, MRI, TypeScript, and NodeJS for the backend. He also has touched Python scripts for some services.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Has 3+ years of experience in the IT software development industry. Has experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, and HTML CSS. Also using PostgreSQL for his current company, experienced with Java and Python. Familiar and learned C which is similar to C++.
