Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He is currently working with XXXX as a Software Backend Engineer where he mainly focus on backend stuff and handle all the traffic in the company. They mostly work with communication stuff such as Flash Call OTP, Viber, Inbox, and Notification Centers. Before this, was a Full Stack Developer for XXXX where he worked on different web app projects and also doing some MP4 stuff for them. He was originally a Civil Engineering graduate that shifted to Software Development after 7 years and started to self-learn programming languages.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be Java and NodeJS since these two are mostly what he has used for his current and previous company. He has been using both for about 3 years now and rates himself a 3-4 out of 5 in Java and 4 out of 5 in NodeJS.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has almost 3 years of experience in backend development and can consider himself strong with NodeJS, JavaScript, and also has the experience with Rest APIs and SQL. Familiar with serverless and microservices environment since XXXX is mostly microservices and serverless from XXXX. Proficient with AWS, Kafka, and also uses Big Data in some of their works.
