Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Started his career around 12 years ago where he was working on an ecommerce platforms and later on moved to some security-based projects and biometric projects. After that, joined several few companies as a Software Engineer including XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. He also was a Lead Backend Developer for XXXX and XXXX. He was a Software Engineer as well for XXXX in USA where he worked remotely and just a year ago, joined XXXX as a Software Engineer where he focuses on event management related stuff where they are using machine learning for it. Most of the works he did in HK are in Java and C#, he is also good with Docker, Kubernetes, JavaScript and TypeScript as well. Also experienced with Elixir, Ruby on Rails, etc.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be DevOps and Elixir since he has been using these technologies for about 8-10 years now. Rates himself a 5 out of 5 in Elixir, he is working on it on a daily basis; 3.5 out of 5 in JavaScript/TypeScript; and 4.5 out of 5 when it comes to DevOps and automation.

He has been in the IT industry for about 12+ years now and he is looking forward for full stack development roles in the web3 space and financial domain. He is good with people management as well since he is currently managing a team of 10 in China, Hong Kong, and India as well.
