1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has overall 3+ years of experience, including his internships, working in the financial services industry starting from wealth manager, asset manager, and now with an international bank. He is currently working as a Software Engineer for XXXX where he is working in the structured products of the company; he is involved in the pre-trade pricing front helping their clients from Japan get access to their pricing systems. Also has been working as a desk dev for Japan trading desk and sales desk. Before this, he was an asset manager for XXXX and Product Intern for XXXX.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be system designs for traders and sales desk, maintaining their workflows through fully functional systems in terms of technologies. On the technical side, he started off using Java then migrated towards more front office tech, he’s proficient with Python and has been using this for 3+ years already since university; he can say he’s strongest with it and can rate himself a 3.5-4 out of 5 in it. Also good with NodeJS.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
   Knowledgeable with basic statistics and mathematics. Strongest with Python along with Panda and also do Linux-scripting since he also manages an application. They have their own servers so he’s well-versed with Linux-scripting. Have another team that focuses on managing their servers but he is also good with managing their own UAT and dev environments. Familiar with financial markets.
