Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has 16+ years of experience in software development on different operation systems including Windows, Linux server, and beta Linux. His last role was with XXXX as a Software Manager in Media & DRM Team, where he had a team with two senior software engineers and three software engineers. They are mainly responsible for software development of their media player. Before XXXX, he was with XXXX as a Senior Software Engineer for about five years where he also led a team of several junior engineers in software development. He started off with XXXX as a Senior Electronic Engineer where they are responsible for camera and optics design of computer vision system.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be C and C++ since these two is what he used for the past three companies that he had joined. He has been using them for about 16+ years now, since the start of his career. He can rate himself a 4.5 out of 5 in working with C/C++. He also has some experience with Android development using Java, Unix shell scripting, and some Python as well.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
He has 16+ years of experience in C and C++ development so he can say he’s strong with it. Also took some statistics course during his master’s degree so strong with mathematics and statistics. Not much experience with finance but he is very interested in exploring financial markets.
