Have been working for around 20 years in the IT industry, mostly in software development and consultancy. He is currently with XXXX as a Solution Architect where he is responsible for engaging with clients, understanding the business requirements, and provide the architecture/design solution based on that. He also works on various review for their systems. Before this, he was a Senior System Analyst for XXXX where he was in charge of providing and analysing their system design for their major applications. Before this, he was a Head of Product Development & IT for XXXX and started off as a Software Engineer for XXXX.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be more on the software development/consultancy side especially cloud-based application design and system performance optimization since he has been working with lots of these for his past two jobs. On his current job, he mainly works for a client with a cloud-based SAAS platform.

Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has quite lot of experience working for different clients so he’s very exposed to the business and technical side of things; can be customer-facing with development experience. Aside from this, he is working with lots of performance analyzation, database layer analyzaton, and such so he has lots of understanding on data modelling, database issues, and software development issues.
