1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is originally an Economics graduate from UK and later on worked as a Data Analyst for XXXX. He then went to China and later on to Hong Kong as well; he was originally working in the XXXX in the XXXX as an Advisory. After that, joined consultancy with XXXX as a Senior Associate and Research Analyst where he worked with concerns related to insurance companies, law firms, international clients and individuals. About 2-3 years ago, he started thinking about changing his career and started learning Python and other technologies through remote learning courses; he was also studying web development and JavaScript related technologies. He is currently with XXXX as a Software Engineer where he is mostly doing backend development for a startup company to build immersive games and responsible for their main app/server as well.

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skills would be his great analytical mindset and has been the common theme throughout his professional experience even though it varies in different areas/industry. In terms of programming language, he really likes working and building things using Python and has been using this for almost 2 years now.

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 2+ years of overall experience in software development and started learning Python for about 2 ½ years ago; he did lots of personal projects from web scraping to financial sentiment analysis project. He also frequently uses different libraries such as Panda. He is recently a backend developer and the server/API handling of the games they are developing are all in Python. Has written short scripts in Linux as well to automate process of getting the latest versions of the repository in GitHub. Has used SQL in the past 12 months as well during his personal projects and his studies. Good with new products or applications conceptualization and implementation.
